The Fellowes Powershred 21Cs is a personal, cross-cut paper shredder, designed with user safety in mind. An everyday use shredder it is suitable for individual users with medium shredding requirements, ideal for home use.This higher security machine also comes with the Fellowes patented SafeSense® Technology, this additional safety feature stops the shredder activity when hands touch the paper entry, providing extra peace of mind and assurance if used in your family home. The Fellowes 21Cs is a security (DIN) level P-3 shredder and can accept up to 12 sheets per pass, cutting it into 4 x 52mm cross-cut particles. Cross cut shredding gives a higher level of security and protection against information and identity theft, so you can be confident that documents such as household bills and bank statements are disposed of securely. It has a space - saving compact design that takes up little space and can shred continuously for up to 5 minutes non-stop with an average shred speed of 2 metres per minute. The 21Cs has a 15 litre bin with an easy lift head for hassle-free, easier waste disposal. This Fellowes shredder can dispose of staples, paperclips and credit cards and comes with a 2 year full warranty for machine and a 5 year warranty for the cutter.

Returns Policy

A returns authorisation number must first be obtained from the our customer service department either by telephone on 01928 571 768 or email to sales@xdigitalmedia.com.

We will not accept any returns unless they are notified to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and returned within 14 days of the date of issue of the returns authorisation number, at the Customer's cost. The notification shall include the reason for the return, e.g. whether the Goods are defective or have been wrongly picked. The Customer has no right to return Goods which have been delivered in accordance with the Contract.

Goods returned must be in the original packaging and in a clean resalable condition. The returns authorisation number must be written on a label attached to the packaging. Any Goods not meeting these criteria may, at our discretion, be refused and returned to the Customer and/or, a handling charge (equal to a minimum of 25% of the order value of the Goods involved) will be levied to the Customer.

For Health & Safety reasons, no food and drink products, clothing products or cleaning products will be accepted for return.
