X Digital Media is an InVentry Premier Reseller based in Runcorn, Cheshire. We help schools and businesses across the UK manage who comes in and out of their buildings, and we supply the ID cards, lanyards, visitor badge labels and printer cartridges that go with it.
What we do
- InVentry visitor sign-in systems. We supply, install, set up and support the InVentry visitor sign-in system for schools and businesses: visitors, staff, pupils and contractors signing in on one system. Hardware installation is included in the price. InVentry for schools / InVentry for businesses.
- Staff ID cards. We print custom staff ID cards with photos and details, including Paxton and Mifare access cards. ID cards.
- Lanyards and badge holders. Plain and pre-printed lanyards (Staff, Visitor, Student, Governor, Contractor and more), badge reels and card holders. Lanyards and holders.
- Visitor badge labels. DK-22205 visitor badge labels for InVentry and Brother QL printers, in single rolls and multi-packs.
- Printer cartridges. Compatible and remanufactured toner, ink and drums for Brother, HP, Canon, Epson and other brands. Ink and toner.
- Paxton access control. Door access systems and access cards.

- All prices on this website are ex VAT.
- Delivery is charged on supplies only (ID cards, lanyards, holders, visitor badge labels and printer cartridges): your first three online orders are delivered free, then it's £3.99 ex VAT per order to UK addresses.
- InVentry systems have no delivery charge, and hardware installation is included in the price.
- Pay on your school account, no card needed.
