Custom printed staff ID cards for schools, academy trusts and businesses. Each card carries the staff member's photo, name, job title and your logo, and we design it to match your school.
How it works
For a first order we set up a secure folder for you to share. You add a spreadsheet of names and job titles, your logo and staff photos. We design the card, crop the photos and email you a proof. Once you approve it, we print the cards and send them to you in one box, usually about a week after we have everything.
New starters
We keep your design on file. When someone joins, email us their photo, name and job title and we'll print a matching card. There's no minimum order, so a single card is fine.
Card types
Plain cards start at £5.50 ex VAT and chipped cards at £6 ex VAT. We print onto Paxton Net2 proximity cards, so one card can open your doors as well as identify staff, and onto Mifare cards. If you use InVentry, staff ID cards can be included with your subscription.
